End of 2nd wk: inches lost


Measurements for End of  Week 2: inches lost.   Drum roll please...
bust:       - 1  1/2
rib cage: - 1/2
belly:      - 1
hip bone: same, (interesting, because last wk this is where I lost 3 inches.)
butt:        - 1/2, ( last wk, there was no loss in this area.)
thighs :   L -1/2,  Rt  -1/2
arms:     L -3/4,  Rt  -3/4

Total loss for this week:  6  1/4 inches
Grand total, 14 days on protocol,  12  1/4  inches lost
Before, I started this blog I had reported to friends and family, that I had lost 6 inches.  But, I had not included the numbers from both thighs, da, and did not include my arms in the list.  So actually I lost more last wk, which is expected.  I am not changing last wks reported numbers to reflect the omission.

Sorry, I do not have a scale.  Definitely time to buy one.  I've always been of the school, that I let my clothes gauge my weight.  But, my curiosity is getting the best of me...I need to know.

Guys, the fat is...Melting Away!  Yay! :)))
