...on route

Big surprise this morning after weigh in...I lost another pound.  Here I was concerned that increasing my calories to 1500 would have me gaining.  Maybe it was the weight of the water retained in my body to expel the cells bodies that once held abnormal  fat.  Regardless, I was joyously surprised.

Adding veggies and shavings of cheese to my HCG diet. Had an omelet with mushrooms and cheddar cheese sprinkled with minced italian leaf parsley, half a grapfruit and of course, my black expresso coffee, this morning. I am not sure I am reaching 1500 calories a day....but on route. No desire to eat the sugars I once craved, desperately.
Intend to start exercising to compliment weight lose.  Joining walking group as soon as they start up this spring.  Definitely adding resistance training in phase 4.

I am weighing 148 lbs.  That is 2 pounds lost since last Friday's weigh in.  A grand total of 32 lbs since I started this journey to Melt Away the fat.
