Seeing was 'Believing'!

My son was very excited about his wife's weight loss.  "Mom, wait until you see her", he joyfully bragged.   "And", he added, "our friend has the body of a 19yr. old'.  Hum.

This past December, I flew to Arizona to spend the Christmas holiday, a gift on many levels.  Yes, my daughter-in-law looked great.  "But, she is in her 30's, its easier to lose wt in your 30's", I quietly reasoned.".  Then we attended several parties, where the conversation always went to this fabulous Homeopathic Weight Loss Protocol.  Here were people of ALL ages showing the results.   Once size 16, now wearing size 6 black leather pants, A 64 yrs old woman assured me that "it works".  The hostess pointed at a  photo on the refrig, taken this past summer.   I stared at the pic, when suddenly I realized, It Was Her! OMG!

The 1st month back, I researched, read and reread, calculated cost, prepared.  then on Feb. 11th, I started on my own weight loss journey.

 On Feb. 18th, I took my 1st wk's measurements.  In total 6 inches lost. On Facebook I wrote, Recently resurrected a buried dream, dusted off an old file, Possibility reborn. Today, YES! YES! YES! 

Everyone who see me asks, "what are you doing? I love sharing, but it has become time consuming and repetitive.  Alas, the idea to create a blog.

Now I have to learn to use this application.  New experience.

Dare I write my true thoughts.  Here it goes...I see a bikini in my future.  lol
