Exercise

Saturday, was my first full exercise day while on the Very Low Calories Phase of the protocol.  Took my drops, drank my black coffee, ate half a grapefruit, grabbed my bottle of cucumber water and off I went to meet the Walk NYC group.

Though I am in the 'advance' team I decided to go easy as I accessed my performance under such a low caloric intake. Expecting  fatigue and just in case I needed to leave early, I let my coach know that I had started a diet.   (She does Not approve, or feel that I need to loss more wt.,  BMI, Waist Hip Ratio and my mirror, while I'm undressed, differ.)

Speed walked, using techniques newly learned for going up-hills and down-hills.  Even jogged a bit going back and forth modeling and correcting techniques, as I assisted the coach with beginners.  Went up and down stairs, did light calistetics, stretching and breathing exercises.   Easily.  Effortlessly.  With plenty of energy.  Yahoo!  Returning home to make lunch, clean-up and do laundry.

Energized!  Getting Fit.  No cravings for processed carbs.
And Melting the Fat Away!  Lol.
